A Basic Introduction To Yoga

"Yoga" (English: Yoga, Hindi: योग) is a Sanskrit transliteration, from Indian Sanskrit "Yug" or "Yuj", meaning "self" (Atma) and "Van" (Brahman) Union (the Union) or consistent (one–ness). The ultimate goal of all kinds of yoga systems is to help people realize this kind of yoga realm.

Yoga (Yoga) is a system that helps people to realize their full potential by raising awareness. Yoga posture using ancient and easy to master skills, improve people's physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual abilities, is a body, mind and spirit of the harmonious unity of the movement of the way. The ancient Indians believed that people could unite with the heavens, and that they would be faithful to their daily lives in different ways of yoga: moral, selfless action, stable mind, religious responsibility, no desire, meditation, and the nature and creation of the universe.
