Yoga "(English: Yoga, Hindi: योग)" is the word "Yug" or "Yuj" from Indian Sanskrit, meaning "unity", "union" or "harmony". Yoga originated from ancient India, is one of the six major philosophical factions in ancient India, and explores the truth and method of "Vincent and I in Oneness". What modern people call yoga is mainly a series of self-cultivation methods.
Around 300 BC, the Patan of the great Sage Yoga in India (English: Patanjali, Hindi: पतंजलि) created the "Yoga Sutra", in which Indian yoga was truly formed, and the Yoga Line law was formally set as a complete eight-system. Yoga is a system that helps people realize their full potential by raising awareness.
The yoga posture uses ancient and easy to master skills, to improve people's physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual abilities, is a way to achieve the body, mind and spirit of a harmonious unity of the movement, including adjusting body posture method, breath breathing method, the meditation method, and so on to achieve unity of body and mind.
Yoga is divided into two main categories: one is classical yoga, the other is modern yoga, and now it includes yoga.
